Shipping policy

Orders are sent by Royal Mail during normal business hours on Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. We aim to despatch all orders placed within 3-5 working days of ordering, for the items that are in stock.

Custom items or Made-to-order pieces take around 3 weeks to be sent, due to the time it takes for them to be designed, cut, sanded etc. Please bare these time scales in mind before ordering items.

Pre-orders will have a different delivery schedule as detailed on the product page at the time of ordering. These items will be shipped after their arrival to us in the UK. Please get in touch via info@flynnanddot.com if you have any queries.

UK:

  • General Shipping to UK for most items Large Letter £2.05 Royal Mail First Class
  • Royal Mail Small Parcel £4.45 First Class/ Second Class £3.35
  • Royal Mail Medium Parcel £6.95 First Class for long or larger items.
  • Orders for Prints and Wall Decals are currently free of charge. They are sent via Royal Mail First Class.


International: 

We currently do not ship to EU. Isle of Man is included in our UK pricing.

Rest of World Shipping TRACKED 6-12 Business Days. Custom orders need to be made before shipping which takes approx 3 weeks.

If your country is not available for international shipping at checkout then just drop us an email at info@flynnanddot.com  and we will arrange custom shipping rates for you. All international rates are calculated at checkout. 

Non-Mainland UK Delivery Information

Orders delivered to destinations outside of the mainland UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies, or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. 

The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of their order and may be required to pay any additional charges for delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that may be levied outside mainland UK.

The recipient of the order, not the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. If you are ordering as a gift, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in any Non-mainland UK Country before ordering.

If the recipient wishes to return the product, they must request a refund of the customs duties and/or tax directly with their local customs office and must present proof of return.
